Warriors Banquets Celebrate the ’13 Season

The four Bell Warriors Tackle Football teams had their banquets which were in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Bell Warriors Silent Auction at the Cedarhill Golf and Country Club Sunday, January 10, 2013. The Tyke and Mosquito joint banquet was in the afternoon and the following players were presented their awards:

Tyke:   Most Valuable Player – Dakarai Baskin, Coaches Choice – Christopher Edouard-Williams, Outstanding Offensive Player – Andrew Howatt, Outstanding Defensive Player – Curtis Brohman-Babineau, Rookie of the Year – Avery Osborne, Most Versatile – Ethan Morissette, Most Improved Player – Keelor Goffin, Best O-Line – Bryn Jensen, Best D-Line – James Lagasse.

Warrior Silent Auctions Huge Success

The Bell Warriors had 69 Silent Auction Items in our 2nd Annual Bell Warriors Silent Auction which were paired with our two annual Bell Warrior Team Banquets.  Every winning bidder had their names thrown in a hat for a chance to win this authentic Peyton Manning NFL Game Jersey donated by FocusOttawa.com .  The winner was the Fullerton family.

In all, over $8,000 has been raised at our two Annual Silent Auctions with 100% of the proceeds going towards the purchase of new equipment for our players.
