Home-Made Quilt Fundraiser
The Bell Warriors are indebted to Diane Forsyth without question. Diane, whose husband Geoff is the head coach at our Mosquito level, spent over 100 hours last fall making a hand-made queen-sized quilt which she has aptly named “Warriors Pride“. Blazen in Warrior colours, this magnificent keep-sake has been independently appraised at $1,000!
Diane donated the quilt to the Warriors last Christmas to help raise funds to offset player fee shortfalls. “It is unbelievable that someone took the time to make this quilt for our program. It is so generous of Diane and very much appreciated,” states Paul Stewart, Bell Warriors President. Tickets are available from your team manager and will be for sale at all of our home games.
There are only 500 tickets available at $5/ticket of $10 for 3 tickets. Show your support for the Warriors by buying some tickets. You may well be going home with a fantastic Warriors keepsake to keep you warm in the off-season. Draw will be held November 1, 2016. THANK YOU DIANE!!
